No one escapes life without a few scrapes, bumps or bruises. As a young girl while skating, I fell into a pile of broken glass. When I stood to brush my knee, I saw blood gushing out so fast; it terrified me. My father cleaned it, rubbed an antibiotic on it and covered it to heal. I still have a scar to remind me. This is how life can be at times. Someone can come along disrupt your life and leave a bruise, something can happen to scrape your world and turn it upside down or you are left with a scar to remind you of what happened. Just like my father cared for my womb, so will God care for your life scars. You clean the injury with forgiveness, allowing all negative germs to be released, saturate yourself in His healing promises and cover yourself with the confidence of His love for you. Then you will not only heal, but your scar will just be a reminder that the trauma did not kill you, you are stronger than ever before and you can and will heal from ANYTHING!
Repeat After Me…God is for me, I am always loved, I am always cared for. Every scrape, bump or bruise in my life is working for my good. I am grateful for the reminder…Greater is He that is in Me than he that is in the world… I am protected… Now Believe it and Know it!!!
